The Initial D wiki says they're RS Watanabe Spoke F8-Type wheels in gunmetal, 15x7. Not sure about the tires, but I don't think it matters that much. He never seems to buy any anyway. Thats just the specs, wikipedia lists it as 2,400 mm, doubt that is something that would change really.
